Evaluation profiles

Group Google Ads conversion actions and set CPA/ROAS targets so diagnosis scores match how you judge performance.

What evaluation profiles are

Each profile is a lens on the same Google Ads account: a set of conversion actions plus a KPI target (CPA or ROAS).

Diagnosis uses the default profile to infer business model, primary goal, and which conversions matter most for module scoring.

Before you configure

Save Identity with a valid Google Ads customer ID.

Connect Google workspace access so VEOtool can load conversion actions from the account.

How to set up

Open Integrations → edit client → Evaluation tab.

Create one or more profiles. For each, pick conversion actions from the catalog (loaded from Ads) and set target CPA or ROAS.

Mark one profile as default — business model and primary goal on save are derived from this default.

Save the client setup, then run diagnosis with the matching evaluation goal if multiple profiles exist.

Tips

Separate brand vs performance lenses by grouping different conversion action sets.

If no actions appear, the account may have no recorded conversions in the last 365 days or Google access may be missing.
