How accounts, tiers, and diagnosis run limits work.
Signing in
Use the email or SSO flow on the sign-in page. Your workspace is tied to your user account; Google connection is stored per user, not per browser session only.
Diagnosis runs and tiers
Each workspace tier includes a monthly diagnosis run allowance shown in the sidebar. When runs are exhausted, you can still read past reports but cannot start a new run until your limit resets or your admin extends access.
Paused access blocks new runs and may limit live monitoring until restored.
Who should connect Google
Connect Google with an account that can read the Google Ads customers you diagnose. If you are an agency, use a manager-level login or ensure each client account is accessible to the connected user.
