Workspace setup (first visit)
Connect Google Ads, save your first client, and run your first diagnosis — all inside the panel.
What happens after you sign in
You land on the dashboard overview with the full panel visible. VEOtool does not send you to a separate Google-only page before you see the product.
A setup guide on the overview walks you through the next click: Connect Google → Add client → Run diagnosis. Complete these once to unlock live KPIs and module views.
Step 1 — Connect Google Ads
Use Connect Google in the overview guide or the workspace header. You grant read access to Google Ads (and related Google properties used by diagnosis).
This connection is workspace-wide: one Google OAuth link powers live reads for every client you manage in VEOtool.
Step 2 — Add your first client
Open Integrations → New client setup (or Clients → manage). Enter the Google Ads customer ID, client name, and business profile (app, ecommerce, lead gen, etc.).
Optional layers — GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta, landing URL — improve attribution and module depth but are not required to run a first diagnosis.
Step 3 — Run your first diagnosis
Go to Run Diagnosis, pick the client and lookback window (30 / 90 / 365 days), then start the run.
When it completes, open the report for module scores, priority fixes, and directional waste. The overview will start showing workspace-level KPIs from that run.
