A report is a snapshot from the run date. It does not auto-update when you change bids, tags, or integrations later.
If Google access fails after the run, the report stays visible but live spend/waste overlays on other screens pause until reconnect.
Best practice
Use old reports for trend comparison and audit trail. For decisions today, reconnect Google if needed and rerun diagnosis with an appropriate lookback.
