Reconnect Google when access expires

What to do when tokens expire, reports look stale, or live data is paused.

How you know access broke

The panel shows a Reconnect Google banner on overview and most screens. Live module pages (waste, module health, compare, monitoring) show a setup gate instead of metrics.

An existing diagnosis report may display a stale banner: you can still read archived findings, but waste and confidence from that run should not be treated as live until you reconnect and rerun.

What to do

Click Reconnect Google and complete OAuth again. No need to delete client setups.

Rerun diagnosis for clients you actively manage so scores and waste reflect current Ads data.

What still works without live Google

Integrations and client setup remain editable. Past diagnosis PDFs and report pages stay available as history.

AppsFlyer or GA4 saved settings persist; they simply cannot compensate for missing Google Ads reads in the core modules.
